Privacy policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Aseron protects the personal information that you entrust to it through this site, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. This page explains what the site collects, why, who receives it, and how to exercise your rights.
Person in charge of personal information
The person in charge of the protection of personal information at Aseron is Elisabeth Morin, Vice-President. To reach her: info@groupeaseron.com.
Information collected
The site collects only what you write in its two forms:
- contact form: full name, email, phone, subject of the request, building address (optional) and message;
- viewing request, on an apartment’s listing: full name, email, phone, availability and message (optional). The site attaches the apartment concerned automatically.
What it is used for
Aseron uses this information only to respond to your request: getting back to you, preparing a quote, arranging an apartment viewing. Aseron never sells or rents it, and never uses it for marketing.
Retention
The site keeps no form content: each request, whether for contact or a viewing, goes by email to the Aseron team without being stored on the site. Viewing requests also go to Monday.com, Aseron’s management tool. Aseron keeps the emails it receives in its own mailbox.
Audience measurement and cookies
Aseron measures site traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies: the service produces only overall statistics (pages viewed, country, device type). The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies; it may use only the cookies strictly necessary for it to work.
Service providers and processing locations
The site relies on five providers. Some of them process information outside Quebec.
- Vercel: site hosting, in Montreal (Canada), and delivery through its global network.
- Resend: sending of the emails from both forms (contact and viewing request), in the United States.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: protection of the forms against robots, through a technical analysis of the browser, in the United States and on its global network.
- Monday.com: Aseron’s apartment management tool, which also receives viewing requests, in the United States.
- Supabase: storage of apartment photos and team access, in Montreal (Canada).
Your rights
You can ask to access your information and have it corrected, and you can withdraw your consent. Send your request to the person in charge of personal information. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (Quebec’s access to information commission).
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Only authorized people can access Aseron’s tools.
