What does property management include?
Tenant management and rent collection, lease renewals and building rules, leasing and credit checks, representation before the TAL (Tribunal administratif du logement, Quebec’s housing tribunal), administration and follow-up of work, as well as routine upkeep and maintenance.
Can Aseron carry out work in an occupied apartment?
Yes. The team plans each job to limit the inconvenience for tenants.

Yes: RBQ licence 5791-6843-01 (Régie du bâtiment du Québec, the province’s building regulator), for residential and commercial work.
